Mordechai Ganzfried files plans for 27-unit resi building in East Williamsburg

Mordechai Ganzfried, on September 30, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 18,179-square-foot residential building at 352 Meeker Avenue in East Williamsburg.

The plans call for the construction of a 90-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed seven-story residential new building.

Floors two through six will each have five dwelling units, according to the plans filed. The seventh floor will have two dwelling units along with a laundry room. The ground floor will have parking space for 15 cars.

The architect listed is LND Architect.

No demolition plans have been filed yet for the existing building on the property.
