Monadnock Development submitted a new building construction project for a 402-unit, 415,944 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 567 Schenectady Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on December 12, 2025 under job number B01318629. It calls for the construction of a 12-story building. The project is described in the filing as: construct new twelve (12) story mixed use building as per plans filed herewith. Frank Dubinsky, of Monadnock Development, filed the plans. The architect is Dattner Architects.
