Monadnock files for $3.9M landscaping work to 202-unit UWS NYCHA building

Monadnock Development, on October 15, filed a permit application for a $3.9 million rehabilitation of the exterior of a 202-unit building at 133 West 90th Street in the Upper West Side. The building is part of the New York Housing Authority’s Wise Towers.

The plans call for a rehab of the space outside of the 159-foot tall, 19-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: landscaping and site improvement including minor earthworks and non- structural concrete as per plans; no change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,900,000.

Dirtworks is the architect listed.

These are the second plans filed at the building this year.
