Mohammod Bhuyain files plans for 34-unit resi building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens

Mohammod Bhuyain, on June 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 34-unit, 43,200-square-foot residential building at 155 Clarkson Avenue in
Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.

There have been nine new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 73-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00683408.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 75 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: a filing for a seven-story, new building with 34 dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have community space. Floors two through six will each have six dwelling units per floor. The seventh floor will have four dwelling units. The cellar of the building will have parking space.

The architect listed is Daniel Gerdes Architect.

The property was acquired for $780,000 on July 31, 2013.
