Mitsui Fudosan finishes $8M rehab of 50th floor for Waterfall Asset Management at 1251 Avenue Of The Americas

Mitsui Fudosan America, on May 28, completed a $8.5 rehab of one floor at 1251 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown West.

The plans, pre-filed on January 24, 2019, call for a renovation of the 50th floor of the 733-foot tall, 54-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: installation of new partitions, doors, suspended ceilings and finishes on the 50th floor (waterfall asset management) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $8,472,273.

Waterfall Asset Management signed an 11-year lease for the 44,100-square-feet 50th floor in November of 2018.
