Related Companies finishes $14M multiple-floor build-out at 55 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on May 29, completed a $13.7 million renovation of three floors of an office building at 55 Hudson Yards at 550 West 34th Street in Hudson Yards.

The plans, pre-filed on November 1, 2017, call for a rehab of office spaces on floors 34 through 36 of the 768-foot tall, 51-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction of office spaces on construction floor 34, 35, 36 or marketing floors 35, 36, 37, as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $13,650,000.

The work was done by Lehman Smith McLeish (LSM).

The property was acquired for $258.8 million on December 5, 2014.
