Milstein Properties files plans for $4M rehab of office space at 333 Madison Avenue

Milstein Properties, on May 14, filed a permit application for a $3,967,200 rehab of the office space located on the 24th floor at 333 Madison Avenue.

The plans call for work on floor 24 of the 29-story building.

The plans are stated as: herewith filing to renovate office spaces. No change to use, egress or occupancy.

The work will be done by Spivak Architects.
