Mike Schwartz files plans for 81-unit mixed-use building in Mount Hope

Mike Schwartz, on April 14, filed a permit application for construction of an 81-unit, 52,359-square-foot mixed-use building at 53 East 177th Street in
Mount Hope, Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of an 84-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00718144.

The development site spans two tax lots. The lot width is 195 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story mixed-use building. Total of 81 residential units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have six dwelling units and health care space. The second floor will have nine dwelling units. Floors three through eight will each have 11 dwelling units and recreation space per floor. The building will also have outdoor recreation space.
