Joel Fekete files plans for 73-unit mixed-use building in Morrisania

Joel Fekete through the company JF Real Estate Capital Inc., on April 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 73-unit, 52,842-square-foot mixed-use building at 3273 3rd Avenue in Morrisania, Bronx.
