Mendel Fleischman files plans for 45-unit mixed-use building in Bed-Stuy
Mendel Fleischman, on April 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 45-unit, 32,481 -square-foot mixed-use building at 519 Nostrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00718171.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 77 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story mixed-use building: subject to 421-a deadline.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two retail spaces and recreation space. Floors two through six will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have five dwelling units and recreation space.
The architect listed is Diego Aguilera Architects P.C.
The property was acquired with three other properties for $1.5 million on March 29, 2006.
