Mendy Tessler files plans for 45-unit resi building in Fordham

Mendy Tessler, on April 5, filed a permit application for construction of a 45-unit, 18,750-square-foot residential building at 2361 Morris Avenue in Fordham, in the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00498497. The building will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units and a laundry room. Floors two through seven of the building will each have seven dwelling units. The building will also have outdoor recreation space.

Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $937,500.
