Mendel Roth files plans for 75-unit resi building in Bed-Stuy

Mendel Roth through the company Bedford Flushing, on May 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 75-unit, 74,992-square-foot residential building at 7 Skillman Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

There have been 46 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00724881.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lounge, parking, and lobby. Floors two through six will each have 15 dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Archimaera Architecture PC.
