Seavest pays $53.8M to Marx Development for office building in Homecrest

Seavest Investment Group through the entity Sp V Buckeye Brooklyn, LLC paid $53.8 million to Marx Development Group through the entity Quentin Road Development LLC for an office building (O3) at 902 Quentin Road in Homecrest, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 26, 2021 and was recorded on June 8, 2021.
The two properties have 112,684 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 27,674 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $476 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Marx Development Group was David Marx. The signatory for Seavest Investment Group was Jonathan L. Winer.
