Meir Tabak through the entity 1675 Lincoln LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Greystone & Co. through the entity Greystone Servicing Company LLC valued at $10.4 million for three rentals including the 36-unit rental (C7) at 1677 St Johns Place in Ocean Hill, Brooklyn, 40-unit rental (C7) at 1661 St Johns Place in Ocean Hill, Brooklyn, and 16-unit rental (C1) at 1675 Lincoln Place in Ocean Hill, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 22, 2021 and was recorded on June 3, 2021.
The three properties have 92,200 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 72,717 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $112 per the PincusCo analysis.
