Mateusz Rostek files plans for East Williamsburg demo ahead of seven-unit development

Mateusz Rostek through the entity 204 Withers Residence LLC, on July 30, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 204 Withers Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The plans, pre-filed on July 30, 2021, call for the demolition of a three-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of existing three-family house.

In June of last year the developer filed new building plans calling for the construction of a 46-foot-tall, four-story, 4,998-square-foot residential building with seven dwelling units at the site.

The plans were approved in May of this year but have not received permits yet. According to a report the dwelling units will likely be rentals.

The property was acquired for $1.9 million on February 28, 2020.
