NYCHA files plans for $5.5M multi-floor rehab of resi building in Staten Island

The New York City Housing Authority filed plans for a $5.5 million rehab of several floors of a residential building at 181 Gordon Street in Staten Island.

The plans call for plumbing work on floors one through eight and the cellar of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number S00568071.

The project is described in the filing as: replace gas piping, hangers, and supports from basement up to eighth floor and connection to kitchen appliances in the apartments. Provide fire rated enclosures and fire stop as shown on drawings.
