Marino Mazzei files plans for 291-unit mixed-use building in Gowanus

Marino Mazzei, on February 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 291-unit, 384,894-square-foot mixed-use building at 563 Sackett Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn.

The plans are one of 28 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. The plans combined call for the construction of 4,934 dwelling units in the neighborhood.

The plans call for the construction of a 135-foot-tall, 12-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00665570.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed 12-story and cellar mixed-use building.
