Macklowe, LaSalle finish $4.3M multi-floor rehab of medical office in Lenox Hill

LaSalle Investment Management and William Macklowe Company, on March 12, formally completed a $4.3 million rehabilitation of several floors of a medical office building at 323 East 61st Street in Lenox Hill.

Memorial Sloan Kettering leases the full building. The developers received their initial TCO for the development last month on February 18.

The plans, pre-filed on December 20, 2019, call for a rehab of floors one through six of the 75-foot tall, six-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,289,000.

Daniel Goldner Architects was listed as the architect. The firm was also behind the development of the building.
