Jack Resnick & Sons finishes $8.9M single-floor rehab of office in Soho

Jack Resnick & Sons, on March 11, formally completed an $8.9 million rehabilitation of one floor and the roof of an office building at 315 Hudson Street in Soho.

The plans, pre-filed on April 5, 2019, call for a rehab of the ninth floor and the roof of the 122-foot-tall, 10-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation of partitions, ceilings and doors as shown on drawings. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $8,886,073.

Gensler was the architect for the rehab.

Jack Resnick & Sons has owned and operated the property since it acquired it in the early 1960s.
