Macerich files plans for $8.3M rehab at Kings Plaza Mall in Mill Basin

Macerich, on January 6, filed plans for a $8.3 million rehabilitation of three floors of a building, part of the Kings Plaza Shopping Center, at 5100 Kings Plaza in Mill Basin, Brooklyn.
