Robert Novogratz submitted a new building construction project for a 6-unit, 9,914-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 341 Grand Street at the corner of Ludlow Street in the Lower East Side, Manhattan. The plan was filed on June 22, 2026. It calls for the construction of an 84-foot-tall, seven-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M01405104.
