LSC Development receives TCO for 105K sf commercial storage building in Flushing
LSC Development, on January 22, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 105,377-square-foot commercial storage building at 34-12 Collins Place in Flushing.
The plans, pre-filed on January 26, 2017 by Steve Osborne, call for the construction of a 51-foot tall, three-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new three-story commercial storage building.
Per the plans, the cellar and all three stories of the building have storage space. The ground floor also has office space and loading berths. There are 15 parking spaces located outside of the building.
SGW Architects is listed as the architect on the filing.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $21 million on November 18, 2016.
