Elliot Moskowitz receives TCO for 60-unit mixed-use building in Crown Heights

Elliot Moskowitz, on January 22, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 60-unit, 59,298-square-foot mixed-use building at 375 Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights.

The plans, pre-filed on October 10, 2017, call for the construction of a 71-foot tall, seven-story, mixed-use building. The time from pre-file to TCO was three years and three months.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new seven-story mixed-use building as per plans filed.

The building’s sub-cellar has several recreation rooms, a pet spa, and parking space for 35 cars, per the plans. The cellar of the building has storage space, and parking for an additional 32 cars. The ground floor has a residential lobby, community facility lobby, and retail space. The second floor has community space. The third floor has 11 dwelling units, floors four and five each have 12 dwelling units, the sixth floor has 11 dwelling units, while the seventh floor has nine dwelling units. The roof has a terrace.

The developer signed a loan agreement with Customers Bank valued at $20 million at the property in the summer of 2019.

The property was acquired for $6.1 million on March 8, 2017.
