Plans filed for 143-unit building in Williamsbridge

On July 28, the entity Gunhill BH LLC filed a permit application for construction of a 143-unit, 97,681-square-foot residential building at 739 East Gun Hill Road in Williamsbridge, the Bronx.

Renderings of the building were provided to PincusCo by the filing representative.

The plans call for the construction of an 85-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00562360. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed eight-story residential project. This NB has been accepted in the HUB per consultation on June 14.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have recreation space and 77 parking spaces. Floors two through seven will each have 21 dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have 18 dwelling units.

The architect listed is Jeffrey Kamen Architect.

Last month Elvis Dushi filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 14,963-square-foot residential building at 3573 Laconia Avenue in the neighborhood. Other active development in the neighborhood includes B&B Urban’s two-building project which totals 170 units at 718 East 212th Street and 713 East 211th Street.
