Lonicera Partners receives TCO for 68K sf condo, The Symon, with $93M sellout in Brooklyn Heights
Lonicera Partners, along with Orange Management and the Davis Companies, on November 5, were issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 59-unit, 68,537-square-foot condominium at 76 Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn Heights. The condo plan, which was submitted to the New York State Attorney General on October 15, 2018, has a $92.9 million sellout.
The new construction plans, pre-filed on August 10, 2017, call for the construction of a 125-foot tall, 12-story condo. The owner representative on the filing was John Evans, a principal with Lonicera.
The project is described in the filings as: application filed for the construction of a 12-story new building.
The cellar of the building has an office, storage space, a laundry room, a fitness room, and a recreation room, according to the plans. The ground floor has a doctor’s office, lounge, lobby, and retail space. The second floor has five dwelling units, floors three through nine have six dwelling units each per floor, floors 10 and 11 each have four dwelling units, the 12th floor has three dwelling units and the lower half of a duplex unit, the upper half of which is located on the penthouse floor. The roof provides private terraces.
