Loews Hotels files plans for $2.6M exterior rehab of hotel in Lenox Hill
Loews Hotels, on March 9, filed a permit application for a $2.6 million rehabilitation of a hotel building’s exterior at 540 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill. The owner representative was Stephen Daignault of Loews.
The plans, pre-filed on March 9, 2021, call for a rehab of the facade of the 178-foot tall, 20-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: filing herewith facade repairs as per plans filed herewith. No change of use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $2,581,866.
O’Donnell & Naccarato Structural Engineers is the architect named.
