Permit for $3.3M multi-floor rehab of Minskoff Equities’ $96M condo in West Village

On March 10, a permit was issued for a $3.3 million rehabilitation of multiple floors of Minskoff Equities’ condominium building at 11 Jane Street in West Village. Karen Thomas, the owner’s rep, filed the plans.

The project has a $96 million sellout with the NYS AG. It received its initial TCO on May 13.

The plans, pre-filed on July 20, 2020, call for a rehab of floors one and two and the cellar of the 74-foot tall, six-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction work as shown on plans. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,320,000.

Caplan and Colaku Architecture was the architect.
