Llesh Lulaj files plans for 50-unit mixed-use building in Allerton

Llesh Lulaj through the company 2720 Claflin LLC, on January 30, filed a permit application for construction of a 50-unit, 39,621-square-foot mixed-use building at 2311 White Plains Road in Allerton, the Bronx.

Over the previous 12 months there have been three new building pans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00666215. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story and cellar mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have health care facilities and a residential lobby. The second floor of the building will have nine dwelling units and the seventh floor will have five dwelling units, however, the floor plan does not list where the other dwelling units will be located. The seventh floor will also have recreation space. The cellar will have parking for 25 cars.

The architect listed is P Georgopoulos Architect Pc.

The property was acquired for $2.5 million on November 8, 2021.
