Paul Durgaj files plans for construction of 37-unit mixed-use building in Kingsbridge Heights

Paul Durgaj through the company Durgaj Properties Corp., on January 31, filed a permit application for construction of a 37-unit, 25,841-square-foot mixed-use building at 229 West Kingsbridge Road in Kingsbridge Heights, Bronx.

There have been seven new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00660806. The development site spans two tax lots.
