L&L Holding files plans for $9.3M build-out at 425 Park Avenue

L&L Holding Company, on June 17, filed plans for a $9.3 million build-out of multiple floors of 425 Park Avenue in the Plaza District, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on marketing floors 30 and 31 (construction floors 24 and 25) of the 892-foot tall 42-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00523785.

The project is described in the filing as: General construction modifications taking place on the 24th and 25th floors (30th and 31st Marketing floors) as per drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

Gensler is listed as the architect.

The developer recently received a permit for a $32.9 million built-out of eight floors at the building.

On January 5, L&L was issued its initial temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of the 511,538-square-foot office building.
