Shlomo Sinay, on June 17, formally completed construction of a 26-unit, 17,993-square-foot residential building at 2510 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
No temporary certificate of occupancy was issued prior to this final certificate of occupancy.
The plans, pre-filed on April 18, 2019, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building. The time from pre-file to C of O was two years and two months.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new seven-story residential building.
According to the filing the building has six parking spaces on the ground floor level. Floors two through six each have five dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor has one dwelling unit, laundry, and indoor and outdoor recreation areas.
P Georgopoulos Architect PC is listed as the architect.
The property was acquired for $2.4 million on September 9, 2019.
