L&L Holding files plans for $2.7M single-floor build-out at 425 Park Avenue

L&L Holding Company, on July 12, filed plans for a $2.7 million build-out of one floor of a building at 425 Park Avenue in the Plaza District, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on the 36th marketing floor of the 892-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00545063.

The project is described in the filing as: general construction modifications taking place on the 30th floor (36th marketing) as per drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is Ted Moudis Associates.

The developer recently filed plans for a $9.3 million build-out of multiple floors of the building.

On January 5, L&L was issued its initial temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of the 511,538-square-foot office building.
