L&L Holding permitted for $32.9M multi-floor build-out at 425 Park Avenue
L&L Holding Company, on February 3, was given a permit for a $32.9 million built-out of eight floors of 425 Park Avenue in the Plaza District.
The developer was issued its initial temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of the 511,538-square-foot office building last month.
The plans, pre-filed on June 1, 2020, call for a rehab of floors 10 through 17 of the 892-foot tall, 42-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: general construction on the 10th through 17th floor construction (16-23 floor marketing)as plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $32,927,375.
HLW is listed as the architect.
In June of last year the developer filed plans for a $72.1 million build-out of several floors in the building.
The property was acquired for $616.8 million on November 25, 2019.
