Developer planning 86K sf warehouse in Astoria

A developer through the company 2650 BQE LOR LLC is moving forward with plans for a 86,408-square-foot warehouse with office space at 26-50 Brooklyn Queens Expressway West in Astoria, Queens.

Per the filing, the building will have 77,438-square-feet of warehouse space and 8,970-square-feet of accessory office space and will stand three-stories tall.

The structure will span to lots, owned by different entities, per city records. The more expensive of the two was purchased by Philip Loria, through the company 285 Central Parkway, Inc., for $10,250,000 in 2018.

No new building plans have been filed yet.

The plans were disclosed in an application requesting a zoning map amendment from M1-1 to M1-2 to facilitate the development.
