Lin Li files plans for 23-unit resi building in Flushing

Lin Li, on August 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 23-unit, 23,511-square-foot residential building at 139-45 35th Avenue in Flushing, Queens.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00778284.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 50 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed six-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, daycare center, and five dwelling units. The second floor will have recreation space and five dwelling units. Floors three through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, while the sixth floor will have three dwelling units.

The architect listed is Tan Architect P.C.

The property was acquired for $6.6 million on December 3, 2021.
