Robert Saffayeh files plans for 28-unit resi building in Park Slope
Robert Saffayeh of Saffayeh Development, on July 29, filed a permit application for construction of a 28-unit, 32,751-square-foot residential building at 228 13th street in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
PincusCo exclusively reported back in November last year that the developer had signed a contract to purchase the site from a Roman Catholic church for $11.2 million. The brokers were JLL’s Guthrie Garvin and Winfield Clifford. The sale closed earlier this year.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00766674.
The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 126 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: application filed for new five-story 28 dwelling unit residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation room, and five dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have five dwelling units. The roof will have a terrace. The cellar will have recreation spaces. The building will have 28 total parking spaces, located in the cellar and outside.
The architect listed is Dome Architecture, Design & Engineering.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $11.2 million on March 23, 2022.
