Liangdong Jin files plans for 15K sf retail building in Flushing

Liangdong Jin through the company Jin Sanford LLC, on May 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 15,123-square-foot retail building at 131-19 Sanford Avenue in Flushing, Queens.

The developer purchased the property for $4.9 million from Brian Jenik on September 23, 2021.

There have been 61 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, two-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00732043.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lots has a width of 50 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new two-story commercial building.

Per the plans, the ground floor and first floor mezzanine will both be used for retail and showroom space. The second floor will have storage space. The cellar will have additional storage space.

The architect listed is Alfredo T. Fredericks RA.
