Billing Express files plans for 24-unit resi building in Fordham Heights
Joel Friedman of Billing Express, on May 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 13,813-square-foot residential building at 2071 Ryer Avenue in Fordham Heights, the Bronx.
There have been seven new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00738444.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 25 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposing new seven-story residential building.
Per the plans, floors one through seven of the building will each have four dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have laundry and residential space connected to one of the units on the ground floor.
