Leviathan Capital files plans for 21-unit resi building in Mott Haven
Leviathan Capital, on February 16, filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 15,066-square-foot residential building at 508 Brook Avenue in Mott Haven, Bronx. Yaniv Cohen, a partner with the firm, filed the plans.
Last September the developer filed plans for construction of a 15-unit, 11,472-square-foot building at 1907 Harrison Avenue in Highbridge, Bronx.
The plans are one of 11 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plan call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00679142. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new six-story R-2, residential building with 21 dwelling units and ground floor community facility.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a health care facility, lobby, and parking space. The second floor will have five dwelling units, while floor three through six will each have four dwelling units per floor.
The architect listed is Arc Architecture + Design Studio.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $1.1 million on December 22, 2021.
