Leonid Bogomolniy, on February 4, was given a permit for construction of a 29-unit, 21,388-square-foot residential building at 571 Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn.
The plans, pre-filed on August 13, 2020, call for the construction of an 85-foot tall, eight-story, 21,388-square-foot residential building with 29 residential units.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new eight-story mixed-use building with 29 residential units and one community facility unit.
The ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation area, ambulatory and diagnostic facility, and one dwelling unit, according to the plans. Floors two through eight will each have four dwelling units. The building also will have an outdoor recreation and a private yard for the ground floor apartment.
Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect on the filing.
Demolition of the three-story building that previously occupied the site was completed last year.
The developer is also working on a 21-unit mixed-use building in Richmond Hill.
The property was acquired for $3.9 million on May 8, 2020.
