Leonard Wilf’s Garden Homes files plans a 152K sf mixed-use building in Plaza District.

Leonard Wilf’s Garden Homes, on May 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 96-unit, 152,689-square-foot mixed-use building at 10 West 55th Street in Plaza District.

The plans call for the construction of a 289-foot tall, 24-story, mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new 24-story, mixed-use building as per plans filed.

The plans show that the ground floor and second floor will have retail space. Floors three through six will have six units each, the seventh floor will have three units, the eighth floor will have five units, floors 9-14 will have six units each, floors 15 and 16 will have five units each, floors 17 and 18 will each have four units, floors 19 and 20 will each have three units, and floors 21-24 will have one unit each. The building will also have fitness facilities on the third and fourth floors.

Morris Adjmi Architects will be responsible for the project.
