LaSalle, Macklowe receive TCO for 49K sf medical office for Sloan Kettering in Lenox Hill
LaSalle Investment Management and William Macklowe Company, on February 18, were issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 49,806-square-foot office building at 323 East 61st Street in Lenox Hill. James Migliore, senior vice president at Macklowe Management, filed the plans.
Memorial Sloan Kettering leased the full building.
The plans, pre-filed on July 3, 2018, call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, six-story office building. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and seven months.
The project is described in the filings as: filing for construction of a six-story new building as per plans filed herewith. (The correct building height is 74 feet 11 inches, as per the hub examiner, we are rounding up the building height to 75 feet.)
The building, per the plans, will be used for health care facility and medical office space. The second floor will have a recreational terrace.
Daniel Goldner Architects was responsible for the design.
