Einhorn Development Group receives TCO for 37-unit condo in Central Harlem

Einhorn Development Group, on February 18, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 37-unit, 54,354-square-foot condominium at 145 Central Park North in Central Harlem. Yiannes Einhorn, a principal of Einhorn Development Group, filed the plans.

Condominium plans, CD190266, were submitted with the New York State Attorney General on August 14, 2019, for the development. The plans do not list a sellout price or principal of sponsor.

The new building plans, pre-filed on August 4, 2017, call for the construction of a 135-foot tall, 13-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was three years and six months.

The project is described in the filings as: erect new building.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building has one dwelling unit and the lower half of a duplex unit, a residential lobby, and parking for 10 cars. The second floor has three dwelling units, the upper half of a duplex unit, a common terrace, and a private outdoor terrace. The third floor has three dwelling units, floors four though 11 each have three dwelling units per floor, while floors 12 and 13 each have two dwelling units. The oof provides several recreational spaces. The building’s cellar has an exercise room, yoga room, teen room, and children’s room.

The property was acquired for $16.5 million on October 28, 2013.
