Kobi Shashua files plans for 24-unit resi building in Highbridge
Kobi Shashua of the Sky Home Group, on February 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 20,921-square-foot residential building at 48 West 167th Street in Highbridge, Bronx.
The plans are one of 11 new building plans filed in Highbridge in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00655372. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story, mixed-use new building with 24 residential dwelling units, cellar parking for eight cars for residential use, and community facility on the ground floor.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have healthcare space, a lobby, one dwelling unit, and a terrace. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, and the seventh floor will have three dwelling units. Floors two and seven, along with the roof, will have terraces.
