Israel Frankel files plans for 37-unit mixed-use building in Fordham Manor

Israel Frankel through the company Isra Holdings, on February 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 37-unit, 26,543-square-foot building at 115 West 190th Street in Fordham Manor, the Bronx.

The plans are one of eight new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 54-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00681066. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new four-story, penthouse, and cellar, 37-unit, residential and community facility building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have community space, recreation space, and four dwelling units. Floors two and three will each have 11 dwelling units per floor. The fourth floor will have seven dwelling units and the lower parts of four duplex units. The upper parts of the four duplex units will be located on the penthouse level.
