Harry Retek files plans for 21-unit resi building in Flatbush
Harry Retek through the company A Plus 1 Management, on February 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 17,363-square-foot building at 2443 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The plans are one of 11 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00675610. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new six-story residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation space, and parking for 11 cars. The second floor will have four dwelling units and indoor and outdoor recreation space. Floors three through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, and the sixth floor will have two dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space.
The property was acquired for $725,000 on December 22, 2021.
