Kim Tasher receives TCO for 71-unit mixed-use building in Tremont
Kim Tasher, on November 30, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 71-unit, 54,678-square-foot residential building at 2302 Webster Avenue in Tremont.
The plans, pre-filed on April 17, 2018, call for the construction of a 76-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and eight months.
The project is described in the filings as: construct new mixed-use apartment building including commercial and community facility.
The cellar of the building has a parking garage with 36 spaces, per the plans. The ground floor has a residential lobby, health care facility, community space, and two commercial retail spaces. The second floor has a laundry room, two recreation rooms, and six dwelling units. Floors four through seven each have 11 dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor has 10 dwelling units.
