Geraldo Zefi files plans for 29-unit resi building in Bedford Park

Geraldo Zefi through the company Geri Z Development LLC, on January 7, filed a permit application for construction of a 29-unit, 15,679-square-foot residential building at 261 Bedford Park Boulevard in Bedford Park, Bronx.
