Kenneth Koehn files plans to convert three-family building in West Village to single-fam

Kenneth Koehn through the company Red Redev LLC, on March 2, filed plans for a vertical enlargement and conversion of a three-family building to a single-family building at 90 Charles Street in West Village, Manhattan. The project will add an additional floor to the building.

The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 38-foot tall, four-story building with three dwelling units to a 48-foot tall, five-story building with one dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00688621.

The project is described in the filing as: convert building to one-family dwelling, also building enlargement. Interior partitions, ceilings and work as per plans filed herewith.

Per the plans, each floor will be converted to part of a single-family dwelling unit. The project will also facilitate the construction of a terrace on the newly constructed fourth floor of the building.
