The Kabbalah Centre through the entity Kabbalah Centre International Inc paid $6 million to Peter Von der Ahe and Sarah Von der Ahe through the entity 247 High LLC for the two-unit two-family building (B1) at 247 East 32nd Street in Kips Bay, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 19, 2021 and was recorded on August 2, 2021.
The property has 4,941 square feet of built space and 2,095 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 7,044 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,214 and the price per buildable square foot is $851 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 9-Mar-12, for $2.4 million.
